The beachfront location was amazing, and my pet-friendly room came with a fridge and had a beautiful view from the bed with comfortable pillows.

Good location. There is this gentleman Phil who came in to fix the toilet door lock. Not only fixed the door, conveyed my request for a clean-up, advised me on trip back home. Excellent person, very friendly and very prompt! Makes this place a lot friendlier
When I had complained of the fact that the toilet door lock wasn't working, the remark was - "I had nobody complain so far". There was a sense of insincerity and lack of concern from the person at the reception and that is not a nice feeling, given that we were paying for the stay and wasn't really asking for a favor. Saving grace was Phil, excellent gentleman.

the location is very good, next to a wonderful hidden beach (beach is tiny and enclosed between high rocks, it looks like a movie spot) and close to Montecito; the room had a nice balcony with view on the Ocean
1. no cell line and no wifi in the room, which is fine unless you really have to be able to communicate with someone as I had to - but if you drive till the main hall (2 min drive) everything is ok 2. breakfast - but travelling all around US I found out average US breakfast choice is below European expectations so this place was fine according to US standards

Family-friendly hotel in a very beautiful area near to the tennis court and Fort Bragg/the Pacific Coast and the grocery store. Had suite with big bed as well as the bathroom. Fast check-in, late check-out.

Arrived with my two kids and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - close to a private beach and got some great dinner recommendations from the staff. The employees were really kind and helpful. Enjoyed our time here a lot! 🌴

Location was great on the beach. We had a small private beach area after a five minute walk down a quiet path.
Beds were awful! Sheets and comforters were very old ! Mattresses were old and bed tilted toward the headboard. No a/c.

Bed was comfortable.
Room was small and 'early 50's'. Table on patio had broken leg, no chairs to sit. View of house next door! Small shower, faucet handle came off in my hand! Two rooms we rented were significantly different in terms of size and amenities, yet we paid the same rate for both!
